Effective Date: 2026-07-30 Version: 1.0 Owner: Abrazo Software LLC Contact: legal@abrazo.dev
These Community UGC Terms apply when you upload a video, image, message, profile, or other content to an Abrazo Community. They supplement the DanceSanctum Terms of Service. By accepting these terms and submitting Community content, you agree to these terms and the Community Standards.
The first Community release is for adults. Do not submit content for a minor or create an account for a minor.
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Abrazo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, copy, transcode, display, and deliver that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and support the Community service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for copies that must be retained for security, legal, dispute, or moderation purposes.
You may submit content only when you have the rights and permission needed to share it with the people identified by the upload flow. This includes permission for the video, music, recorded voices, and identifiable people. A private review upload stays limited to the submitting dancer, the assigned directors or reviewers, and authorized support staff.
Do not upload a recording simply because you can access it elsewhere. If another person created the recording, ask them before sharing it.
Do not post another person's private contact details, financial information, credentials, government identifiers, precise home address, or other sensitive information without clear permission. Tell Abrazo promptly if a private upload reaches the wrong Community or reviewer.
Abrazo may review reports, limit distribution, remove content, pause a Community, or restrict an account when content may violate these terms, the Community Standards, law, or another person's rights. We may preserve evidence needed to investigate a report or respond to a legal request.
Community hosts and directors may moderate content within their Community. Their access does not replace Abrazo's platform moderation or support process.
Use the in-app Report control on a Community video, practice attempt, or returned feedback when it raises a privacy, safety, likeness, or other Community Standards concern. Use the separate Report and Block controls on a public Community profile. Blocking a public profile changes discovery only. It does not cancel a membership or change payment.
If the in-app control is unavailable, contact support@abrazo.dev and describe the Community and content in human terms. Copyright owners may use the DMCA Copyright Policy. A person shown in content may use the content removal process.
Draft and uploaded content follows the published retention policy and the lifecycle shown in the product. Account deletion removes or de-identifies Community records according to applicable legal, payment, fraud, security, and dispute-retention duties. Delivered private feedback may remain available to the submitting dancer under the accepted retention policy.
Material changes receive a new policy version. You must accept the current version before submitting more Community content.
