Community Standards

Effective Date: 2026-07-30 Version: 1.0 Owner: Abrazo Software LLC Contact: support@abrazo.dev

What belongs in an Abrazo Community

Abrazo Communities help dancers learn, rehearse, share private attempts, receive feedback, and keep up with the artists, directors, teams, or studios they chose to follow. Treat every dancer as a person you share a floor with.

Respect and safety

Do not post or send:

Constructive dance feedback can be direct. It must address the work and the requested review.

Authentic identity

Do not impersonate an artist, director, studio, festival, team, or another dancer. Do not create a Community that falsely claims an affiliation, endorsement, lineup, or official status. Parody and fan spaces must identify themselves clearly.

Rights and attribution

Share only content you have the right and permission to share. Credit creators when the upload flow asks for attribution. Do not remove rights notices or use a private review video outside the access shown to you.

Privacy of practice and review videos

Practice attempts and artist-review videos are private. Directors, reviewers, and support staff may use them only for the submitted review, safety, moderation, or support. Do not download, record, repost, or distribute another member's private video.

Spam, fraud, and harmful software

Do not use Communities for deceptive promotions, fraudulent payment requests, repetitive spam, malware, credential collection, or links designed to mislead people about their destination.

Reporting and blocking

Public Community profiles include separate Report and Block controls. Blocking removes the profile from your discovery experience. Reporting sends the profile to Abrazo's moderation queue. Blocking does not cancel a membership, change a payment, or replace an urgent report.

Community videos and submitted practice work include a Report control. The same control covers returned feedback when the concern is about what a reviewer wrote or recorded. The report goes to Abrazo's moderation queue and does not reveal the report detail to the Community host.

If the in-app control is unavailable, contact support@abrazo.dev and describe the Community and the content in human terms. Do not send raw database or provider identifiers.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Enforcement and appeals

Abrazo may limit visibility, remove content, pause a Community, restrict an account, or preserve evidence while reviewing a report. We consider context, severity, repetition, and risk. A host's billing, a dancer's lineup status, and a moderation decision remain separate facts.

To ask for another review of a moderation decision, contact support@abrazo.dev. Include the Community name, what happened, and why you believe the decision should change.
