These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DanceSanctum, operated by Abrazo Software LLC ("Abrazo," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You access DanceSanctum using Abrazo single sign-on. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to make purchases.
DanceSanctum lets dancers watch performances and socials from events, purchase access to workshop breakdowns and other premium videos, and buy festival replay passes and subscriptions. Organizers and contributors can upload and sell content. Some content is free; some requires purchase or a subscription.
Because purchases unlock digital content for immediate streaming, sales are generally final once access has been granted. Where required by law (for example, the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal), you may have a statutory right to cancel; by purchasing and gaining immediate access you acknowledge and, where permitted, consent to immediate performance and waive that withdrawal right. We may grant discretionary refunds for duplicate charges or technical failures.
Organizers and contributors who sell content do so through Stripe Connect and receive payouts net of the applicable platform fee disclosed at onboarding. Organizers are independent sellers, not employees or partners of Abrazo, and are responsible for their own taxes (Stripe may issue a 1099-K where thresholds are met). Detailed organizer, content-licensing, and payout terms are governed by a separate organizer agreement; in case of conflict, that agreement governs for organizer activity.
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Abrazo a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, transcode, stream, and display that content to deliver the service. You warrant that you hold all rights necessary to upload and sell your content, including rights to any music and to the likeness of identifiable people in it, and you agree to indemnify Abrazo for claims arising from your content. Do not upload content that infringes others' rights, uses music you are not licensed to use, contains unlawful, harassing, or sexually exploitative material, or features minors in a manner that violates law. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts for violations, including under our repeat-infringer policy.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abrazo's aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by a new version number and effective date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
