1. What cookies are
Cookies and similar technologies are small data files stored on your device. We use them to
keep you signed in, remember preferences, and keep the service secure and reliable.
2. Categories we use
- Strictly necessary. Authentication and session cookies (via Abrazo single sign-on),
security, and load balancing. These are required for the service to work and cannot be turned
off.
- Preferences. Remembering settings such as theme.
- Error and performance monitoring. We use Sentry to capture errors and performance data so
we can fix problems. Where required by law, non-essential monitoring is loaded only after you
consent.
- Analytics (opt-in). We use PostHog to see which features get used. It stays off until you
turn it on. On the web it turns on with the analytics choice in our cookie settings; when on,
it records the pages you view and the features you tap, kept in first-party storage on this
site (a PostHog cookie plus local storage). In our mobile app the same analytics sits behind
the "Share usage analytics" toggle in settings, off until you switch it on.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies and we do not sell your information.
PostHog here is first-party product analytics; there are no ad pixels.
3. Your choices
- Consent (EU/UK and similar regions). Where required, we ask for your consent before
loading non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time.
- Analytics. Analytics is off until you turn it on, and you can turn it back off any time
from our cookie settings on the web or the "Share usage analytics" toggle in our mobile app.
- Global Privacy Control. We honor recognized opt-out signals where required by law.
- Browser controls. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though
strictly necessary cookies are needed to sign in and use the service.
