Content Removal & Likeness Requests

DanceSanctum is a product of Abrazo Software LLC. This page explains how to ask us to remove a video you appear in, and how that differs from a copyright (DMCA) claim.

You don't need an account

If you appear in a video on DanceSanctum and want it removed, you can ask us without creating an account. Use the content removal form. A person on our team reviews every request, and we reply within 7 days.

What this page covers

This process is for likeness, privacy, and personal-removal requests — for example:

This is not a copyright claim

If you own the copyright in the footage or music — for example, it's your recording or your music being used to sell something — that's a DMCA copyright matter, not a likeness request. Please use our DMCA Copyright Policy and its designated-agent process instead. Sending a copyright claim through this form will be redirected to the DMCA process.

How to make a request

  1. Open the content removal form.
  2. Tell us your name and an email we can reply to.
  3. Tell us how you're connected to the video (you appear in it, it's your class, or something else) and what you'd like us to do.
  4. Help us find you in the video — a timestamp, the event, or what you're wearing all help a reviewer locate you.

You can also email us directly at privacy@abrazo.dev.

What happens after you submit

  1. Received — your request enters our review queue and you get a reference code.
  2. Reviewed by a person — a member of our team reviews the request. While we review, we may limit who can see the video.
  3. Reply within 7 days — we email you the outcome at the address you provided.

Our commitment

We commit to responding to likeness and removal requests within 7 days. We keep a record of each request and its outcome so we can act consistently and document what we did.
